The Korean Student Association at the University of Washington provides an avenue for students with common interests to enhance their college experience through interacting in a social, cultural, and political environment. Through volunteering, KSA fosters unity among students and the community by raising awareness in individuals regarding Korean culture. The primary purpose of KSA is to allow opportunities for students to come together and participate in social activities and community events to diversify their education.
 

 

Our goal as the Korean Student Association (KSA) is to spread awareness of Korean culture and customs throughout the UW community. We do this by hosting a variety of events including but not limited to shows, fundraisers, and student gatherings. Every year, we have a team of 15-20 officers all specializing in different aspects of the club to help accomplish our mission. Together we have exposed students of all races to Korean culture and people, and continuously donate to different charities and organizations through our many fundraising events.

Joining KSA comes with many benefits. First and foremost is the opportunity to meet people through our events!

Other benefits include a free T-shirt and a membership sticker that'll get you discounts at our events and on the Ave from our sponcors. 

For most of our KSA events, we set up our membership table for anyone who wants to be a member of KSA.  A membership sticker that looks like                    and if you lose your sticker, you can buy it at the membership table for $1.00.
